Sacred Conversation with your Feet
Reiki Reflex is a wonderfully relaxing session that combines Reflexology with Reiki. Reflexology works every part of your body through your feet! Stimulation to specific surfaces of the foot aide in total relaxation, rejuvenation, and detoxification. It is this relaxation response, triggered by the combination of Reiki and Reflexology, that is most productive to healing the body and encouraging it to return to its natural healthy state. Not to mention that it feels heavenly!

Our session together will begin with a relaxing foot soak combined with some hand reflexology. Then you will be invited to rest back in a comfortable antigravity chair while you receive a full reflexology session. Reiki will flow throughout the session and when the Reflexology is finished, you will receive a Reiki Chakra Balancing to end your session.
